Detroit auto plant bringing up to 400 jobs

This is Great News For Our Local Economy!

Flex N Gate Detroit is planning a new from the ground up $95 million plant in Detroit to make part for Ford Motor Co. and will be adding up to 400 jobs to the local economy.  Flex N Gate is taking advantage to the tax free zone in the City of Detroit that will help them bring jobs not only to the new parts operation, but to the construction trades for building the infrastructure. Shad Khan the owner of Flex N Gate said in an interview that all of this would not of been possible if it wasn’t for the collaboration with the Ford Motor Company and the City of Detroit.

The Flex N Gate project would start on Jan. 1, 2017, and end at the end of 2026. The company could create as many as 750 jobs at the new 500,000 square foot production and sequencing facility, according to state documents.
